How to activate your Deep Front Line
Come & learn how to connect to what I would call the true core of the body that runs from the soles of the feet to the base of the skull. Exploring how to use our connection to earth to activate and stabilise the body, particularly around the joints. These techniques will change the way that you practice & will help you to rapidly gain more strength & stability as well protecting your joints. This workshop will be delivered through an embodied anatomy lesson and a Vinyasa Flow style class but could be applied to a more traditional hatha class. This work is based on my emodied understanding of Thomas Myers work in his book Anatomy Trains.
